Becky is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their residential real estate goals - whether it's buying, selling, managing or investing. She has lived in Northern Virginia for over 20 years, originally moving to the area on a military assignment with the U.S. Army.
Because of her experiences in the military she has a thorough understanding of the relocation challenges that military members and their families face. Her background in logistics, extensive knowledge of the real estate market and ability to negotiate on behalf of her clients ensures a smooth transaction and takes the worry out of buying or selling a home.
Becky's interest in real estate began when her parents bought a vacant lot in California back in the '70's, eventually sold it and then used the proceeds to purchase several more investment properties in her home town on Morro Bay, California. She began her own real estate career in 2005 and she enjoys the challenge of the fast paced Northern Virginia market where every day is different and no two clients are alike. Her goal is to exceed her clients' expectations by providing top notch customer service and support throughout the transaction.
Becky is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) with a comprehensive background in distressed property sales.
In her free time, Becky is an avid runner, loves to ski, try new recipes and read.
